Rebuild exists to help people rethink how they approach health.


For decades, nutrition and fitness advice has been built on oversimplified rules: eat less, move more, try harder. While well-intentioned, these messages often ignore how the body actually works, especially as life becomes more complex and bodies change with age.


The Rebuild Method replaces confusion and rigid rules with a clear understanding of metabolism, muscle, hormones, and the systems that regulate energy and appetite. By understanding how these systems interact, individuals can make informed, strategic decisions about their health that hold up in real life.


Rebuild isn’t about chasing perfect habits. It’s about building a framework that allows people to navigate their health with clarity, confidence, and long-term sustainability.

My work is designed for individuals who want clarity in their nutrition, strength in their body, and

For over 25 years, I’ve practiced as a Registered Dietitian and certified personal trainer,
integrating metabolic physiology, hormone health, strength training, and stress regulation into
nutrition and fitness plans that are clinically sound and realistically sustainable.
This is not trend-driven wellness. It is strength, stability, and metabolic clarity grounded in
science and built over time.


Many of my clients come to me when what once worked no longer does. They want to
understand how muscle mass, insulin sensitivity, sleep, stress load, and hormonal shifts
intersect, and what to adjust with precision.


I maintain a deliberately focused client roster to ensure discretion, responsiveness, and
consistent, personalized guidance. There are no junior coaches. No handoffs. No templated
plans.

While my approach is science-driven, the relationship we build is intentional. I listen carefully. I
